Fall 2025 Spooky Night of Fun and Hit A Thon

Date: Thursday 10/30 from 6pm to 9pm

Team Tent Decorations: Please choose a theme and set up your tent around the field your age group is assigned. (There will be a team winner per age group). Trick or treating as well. Don't forget to bring the candy! We will send a map for tent locations, electricity will not be available.

Costume Contest: Please choose a theme and have fun with this! (Team winner per age group)

Hit A Thon: An email with a digital link will be sent out to share with family and friends. They can make a donation per hit, or just a flat amount. Goal is $100 per player. We are fundraising for a few specific reasons/goals: 

• Keep our registration fees low

• Help with new equipment purchases

• Clinics

This will be a team event. The winning team from each age group will receive a prize. 

• 2 teams per field (one fielding in the outfield while the other bats) at a time
• Each team will be responsible for pitching to their girls (pitching machines may be used)
• Each player will receive 5 pitches/swings; players can purchase up to 5 additional swings for $5 each swing (cash only)
• Each field will be lined with hitting zones. A hit will count IF it goes through one of the hitting zones (there will be a minimum distance per age group).
• Prizes:
  • Team with the most hits (each age group)
  • Top 5 players in fundraising $$ overall
  •  

  Board Member per field to organize and collect cash. Will have player roster/hit sheets. The teams will each need a parent volunteer to track our hits.

Field 1: 10u: Brandi Morris

Field 2: 18u Traci Biddix and 12u: Danny Thomas

Field 3: 8u: Justin Russo, Kirsten Sutton, Stephanie Thompson, Tommy Lewis

Field 4: Munchkins and T-Ball: Shania Davis

Field 5: Inflatables

Team prizes: Pizza party, ice cream party.

Individual prizes: $50 to $100 Gift Cards

Looking forward to a night of fun! We will have bounce houses, and extra vendors on site as well!!
